These terms cover your use of the EasyJournal app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
EasyJournal is a private journal that writes down what you say. It isn't a medical, therapy or crisis service. Its titles, summaries, recaps and answers come from an on-device model that can get things wrong, so check anything that matters against your own entries. When an entry mentions harming yourself, the app shows helpline numbers. Those helplines are run by other organisations.
Recording, transcripts, photos, search, sync, the lock, imports and export are free, with no time limit. EasyJournal Plus is a yearly or monthly subscription, or a single purchase for life. It adds tidy-ups, titles, tags, moods, people and places, weekly recaps, Ask your journal, a follow-up question and Apple Watch recording. Organising needs a device that runs Apple Intelligence.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
Plus features stop. Every entry, recording, photo, title and tag you already have stays, and new entries are still saved with every word, without the tidy-up or a title.
What you put into EasyJournal is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share or sync it, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to easyjournal@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
EasyJournal is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for EasyJournal in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
